The St. Louis Cardinals legend finished his career with 703 home runs, never reaching 50 in a single season but maintaining his power for more than two decades. He made the All-Star team in nine of his first 10 seasons with St. Louis and won back-to-back National League MVP awards in 2008 and 2009. Pujols also helped the Cardinals win World Series titles in 2006 and 2011. Babe Ruth finished his career with 714 home runs and is widely regarded as one of the greatest baseball players of all time. After being traded from the Boston Red Sox to the New York Yankees, Ruth became the centerpiece of one of baseball's most dominant offenses. He led the majors in home runs 10 times and helped the Yankees win four World Series titles. Henry Aaron held MLB's all-time home run record for 33 seasons after passing Ruth in 1974.
